Refund policy

At AURORA, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

How Returns Work

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • Items are returned after 14 days of delivery.

  • Items are worn, washed, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Packaging, tags, or hygiene seals (if applicable) are missing.

  • The product is a final sale item or marked as non-returnable at checkout.

  • The item is returned without prior approval or return request.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
