Cancelling an Order / Wrong Address

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or change your order, please note the following:

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 5 hours of placing them.

  • After this window, we cannot make changes because the order is automatically processed with our supplier.

  • If you entered the wrong shipping address or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@auroramovement.com.

Unfortunately, once the 5-hour period has passed, we are unable to stop or redirect your order. In that case, you can still use our 14-day return policy after receiving your package.
