Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to almost every country around the globe.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I return an item?

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Are there situations where I can’t get a refund?
Yes, refunds will not be issued if:
-The item is returned after 14 days.
-The item has been worn, washed, used, or damaged.
-Tags, packaging, or hygiene seals (if applicable) are missing.
-The product was marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Orders
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos), and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Cancelling an Order / Wrong Address
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or change your order, please note the following:
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 5 hours of placing them.
- After this window, we cannot make changes because the order is automatically processed with our supplier.
- If you entered a wrong shipping address or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@auroramovement.com.
Unfortunately, once the 5-hour period has passed, we are unable to stop or redirect your order. In that case, you can still use our 30-day return policy after receiving your package.
